It hurts so much to pretend
To make it look like I’m okay so that nobody around me gets hurt.
But what about me? Don’t I matter to anyone? Does anyone care if I live or die? Do they see the blank look in my eyes when I think that I’m being ignored? And if they do, what do they do about it? I hate people.
